At Dusty Products, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns, we do stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us at info@dustyproducts.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly issue a refund or offer a resolution to make it right.
Please include your order number and a photo of the item or packaging issue, if applicable.
Note: Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is an error or damage.
